Logging time & service items

edited Dec 2, 2019 3:00PM in SuiteCloud / Customization

I want to log time with TimeBill.  This also expects an item.

I have created a saved search based on JobTask.  This returns:

- Name
- Internal ID
- Job name
- Job internal ID
- Task name

and can be queried by assignee.  I tested this and that works fine.  Now I also want to include the service item ID but there doesn't seem to be a way to include this.
I am able to include:
- JobTask Assignment : Service Item

But that's not an ID.

How is this possible?

Another question, is this assumption correct:

- Customer has many Jobs
- A Job has one or more Tasks

Howdy, Stranger!
