Stratus Time Implementation Error

Hello and thank you for checking out this topic!

Our company recently decided to use a third party solution to track employee timesheets (punch in and punch out). We decided to use stratustime and have been running into problems getting Stratus Time connected to our Netsuite instance. I've tried getting help from both Stratus Time and Netsuite to get the issue resolved but we are unable to come to a solution. Has anyone else attempted integration with Stratus Time? If so did you run into any problems with the integration?

Our problem in particular is that when I attempt to log into Netsuite web services from within their Application I get an error indicating that their system
