Blank Field bug? "vendor...in a nexus...required to charge a different kind of tax"

Hi,

I'm exporting POs from another system and get the above warning when trying to export a PO from s subsidiary in one country to a vendor in another.

It's reported as a warning and the PO is exported to netsuite but the following fields all get reset to blank: Purchase Reason, Memo, Buyer, PO Issued, Approval Status

So it looks like all our custom fields are getting wiped by the warning (which triggers a page refresh and does the same on a manual PO entry.)

Is there anyway to solve this for a SOAP request?
