Saved search csv export via HTTP Post

I created a saved search and have the URL to csv export the output, but I want to run it using an external process.

Is there a way to export saved search (csv) via HTTP Post?  I keep getting prompted to login.

e.g. https://system.netsuite.com/app/common/search/searchresults.csv?searchid=1468&frame=be&csv=Export
