Need NetSuite 'subnet mask'

edited Dec 2, 2019 2:59PM in SuiteCloud / Customization 2 comments

Hello,

We have a need to access one of our web services from the NS client. Because the service request comes from the client --> to NS cloud  --> our server ...we need to set up security to allow this request thru our firewall.

So far I have this,

debugger.sandbox.netsuite.com      [167.216.129.59]         Dev Debug

system.sandbox.netsuite.com         [167.216.129.50]         Dev and Testing

system.na1.netsuite.com                 [64.89.45.11]                Prod

system.na2.netsuite.com                 [208.46.212.32]            Prod
NetSuite says the IP's can change at anytime, so, we can set up domain access. However to do that we need the 'subnet mask' and possibly the 'default gateway'.

Howdy, Stranger!
