Performance issue with Webservices when connecting via TBA

Hello everyone.
Is anyone connecting to NetSuite via Webservices using Token Based Authentication? We currently have a S1 case open with netsuite where updateList action for 5 records are taking 40 to 55 seconds.  This is highly unusual.

Is Anyone else having this issue?
