Working in sandbox, but not production account
We have a 3rd party integration which is connecting to our system and updating sales order records. We need this to flag a custom field and the developer has this working in sandbox, but when they transfer it to production, it's not working (even when running as an administrator). The web services log for the job shows no errors.
Anyone got any suggestions as to why this might be, or where we even begin in resolving the issue?
