Customer EFT record accessibility

I want to add/update EFT record for a customer through web service. I can use release 2016.2 or 2017.1.

Does anyone know if this data can be accessed and/or updated trhough SuiteTalk?

Is an AddOn required? Is there a separate WSDL?
