getDataCenterUrls not working

Hi Everyone,

We use netsuite webservices in our application and we are using netsuite soap web service 2016_1.
We use getDataCenterUrls soap endpoint to figure out the customer data center. We make getDataCenterUrls call to generic host which is https://webservices.netsuite.com/services/NetSuitePort_2016_1. But for couple of our customers this call is returning in error . Please find the below details about the error xml response

                    <platformFaults:message>
                        You are not requesting the correct data center for your company! Please correct the host in the URL.
