NetSuiteServiceLocator.java not generated from wsdl

I'm trying to generate java classes from the wsdl. In the example provided I see the file "NetSuiteServiceLocator.java" being used. But when I generate the java classes I don't see this file. Should this file be auto-generated from the wsdl or is this a customized class which I need to create?
