Php toolkit how to retrive a budget

Hello,

I just start to create applications with php toolkit.
I got some hard time to get result as i use to when creating query with ODBC of suiteconnect.

I'm able to connect to the sandbox and made the samples works fines.

I just want to list a budget for a specific department, budget category and year.

Can someone help me ?
