Transaction Search and Inventory Transfer Issue

Hello All,
We have some code that uses a saved search and sets criteria based on values entered by the user.  It is a transaction search that has all Inventory Transfers, Return Authorizations and Inventory Adjustments.  We then filter by tranId and item based on the values entered by the user.  Works fine for Return Auths and Inventory Adjustments.  It does not work for any Inventory Transfers.  I have verified that the transId/item combos do exist in the saved search results.  I do not understand why all of a sudden it is not working.  Users say it was working until just recently
