Are all URLs different in v11?

our category links that WERE...
/s.nl/c.363017/sc.2/category.162/.f

are now...
/s.nl/sc.2/category.162/.f

They redirect to our home page, so it isn't the end of the world, but now we need to go to google and overture and edit thousands of "landing page URLs" for all of our pay-per-click advertising.
