NS not charging VAT on online shipping items

in Web Site / E-Commerce

We are running a NS webshop.
Starting from all the orders received last sunday, NS is not charging vat on shipping costs. Any thing has changed lately, do we need to change our settings with the new v11.0.2? I checked our shipping item and the tax field was set properly. If we try to create the same SO directly from NS, the vat is applied properly on the shipping item; the problem occurs only for web sales orders. Anyone experiencing this issue? Thx.
