Company name in subject of email

I have two companies set up in one NetSuite account that to the customer are completely separate (they can't know we are the same company). But when I email a quote, order, etc. through NetSuite the subject always says the main company name I have set up in NetSuite.  For example, the subject of the email says, "Quote #14 from Emblem Enterprises."  Is there any way to change what the subject of the email states ... perhaps just, "Quote #14"?  I know I can change my company name in the set up but I can't leave it blank because my
