Can't view custom records or orders in My Account
Hello,
I have spent nearly 2 months with Netsuite support (issue 105808 ) as our customers can't view their custom records or orders or issues in the My Account section of our website in IE 6. Its fine in any other browser (a pitty 87% are IE6 users!)
I know its a lot to ask but if anyone is able to checkout the my account:

Their should be 1 custom record that you can see in teh view "View Existing Emergency ID Kits" link and also one support issue.
