Seeking Help on Robots to Exclude Web Pages

Hope someone can help. Is Jimmyz still around?

When we search on our company name "plantscan" in MSN search, we come back as the 1st entry. Good news? Yes, except that the link is to our login page. And it shows the word "netsuite" in the URL. This is not at all what we want.

I've spent a long time searching the old user group forum and googling for answers. The closest I can get is that I need to add a meta tag in my <HEAD> section that reads something like this, <META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="NOODP"> or this, <META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="NO INDEX, NO FOLLOW">.
