Multipage online forms -- can't get them to work within an NS-generated website. Me?

I've built a variety of multipage Online Forms, which test fine standalone/externally.

However, when slotted into a website Information Item, only the first page works (fine), with the rest just ignored.

Is there a trick here or is this a glitch?

I really like the multi-page capability but would much prefer to use it within the site (and in conjunction with File Download, which don't seem supported externally).

(for reference, Workflow gets busy from page 1, i.e. sending out Auto-Replies and Alerts. No custom code.)
