Terms & Conditions...Does This Really Work??

I turned on this new feature today and added a new tag <INFO_TERMS_CONDITIONS> I created using our Advanced Site Customization...the tag works fine on our Information Item page that I created to "see" the output...

When I went to view the actual "T & C", the html was not formatted...

Thus, I turned the feature OFF & am posting this thread to get any users input that may have tried this feature...or better yet, found out it works!
