Detailed message for online customer form

in Web Site / E-Commerce

I'm using an online customer form to give the customer information about a file download before it actually downloads. I put the text of this information in the "Detailed Message" section of the online customer form. It looks fine when I preview the form, but when I login as a bogus customer, all I see are the fields and not the Detailed Message itself, which is supposed to appear at the bottom of the form.

Did I miss something?
