Sub Categories Un-editable, Crash on Save

I am using sub-categories to organize my web site.  However once I create the sub-category, Netsuite crashes every time I try to save an edit.  This only happens with sub-categories, but happens with ALL sub-categories.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I have submitted this case several times to Netsuite with little or no response.  How should one alert Netsuite to bugs in their code?
