Major store problems without any customization - please help
Support has been working on this issue since last week without success – have any of you seen a similar problem – I need help. On our web store hitting thy buy button in the catalog does absolutely nothing on any browser. If you select the item for the item details, the buy button will work but we mostly have matrix items with color or other choices and the buy button will hover right over the choice button so only the most creative customer will figure out how wo buy something.
We don’t have advanced customization and everything, every template, everything, is set to default or standard, we have not customized anything.
