customise fulfillment email

is there a way to customise the fulfillment email to show the shipping charge as well as item rate

after several years we had never noticed that our fulfillment (not order confirmation) emails do not show the shipping rate until a seriously mental customer decided we had ripped them off for $5.99 because it was not on the fulfillment email but included in their bill..of course our flat shipping rate is on every page of the site, on the cart, had to be selected on checkout and was noted in the confirmation email but that is another issue
