Intermingled Customer Sessions/Orders

Our customers are reporting seeing someone else's name showing when they are logged in.  They are also getting other customers items in their carts - as identified by the unique item options that they did not TYPE IN.  I reported this as Support Case 464841 on AUGUST 6 and it is still NOT STARTED.  I feel this is a VERY SERIOUS ISSUE and someone needs to be looking into this.
