Need Matrix Items CSV

Hai all,

        We are working on Matrix items for our store as we need color and size to be the key fields.

        How to upload Matrix items using CSV?

        I have worked on a single Matrix item which is full of manual process. 

        How can we convert an existing to a matrix item? Is there any chance of doing this?

        If possible please provide the Matrix Items upload CSV.
