HELP! Customers cannot place orders with IE

Customers who are using Internet Explorer cannot get past the login screen or Enter Name screen on checkout.  We have had customers with problems for a few days and just no figured this out.  Firefox is working with no problem.  ANyone else seeing this?
Anyone from Netsuite here on Saturday???
No weekend support for silver support, but this is critcal!!!
