web store checkout & third party billing

If a customer is set up for 3rd party billing that was implemented in V11, how is this integrated with web store checkout? I thought there might be a radio button that would be displayed for any customer with 3rd party billing turned on (account number in the customer record). Or an ability to enter in the account number for 3rd party billing on the shipping page. But I don't see any connection with the web store.
