Customers can't buy if Javascript not enabled on browser
Just got off the phone with Netsuite support. This is the inherent and designed functionality of netsuite. If a customer does not have javascript enabled on their browser - they cannot buy.
Not only that - but they won't get any error message either - they hit "Proceed to Checkout" and nothing happens.
What are all your thoughts on this?
For my customers, only 2.7% of my visitors don't have Javascript enabled... given that some of them probably are webcrawlers and not real users, lets assume it is half that number. However, that still is a significant number of lost buyers on an annual basis.
