What's up with this new provided tag?  What's different between the new and the old?  Thanks.

From Version 11.0.4 Release notes:
"A new Web site tag, <NLUSERINFO2> is now available. You can also use this tag as <%=getUserInfo2()%>. This tag returns Register and Log In links for site visitors who are not recognized and returns recognized visitors’ first and last names in a Welcome message."
