URL's change with site going live?

I'm building a web site in Netsuite and it should go live in February of 2007.  When I switch from our old site to Netsuite I assume all the urls will change from shopping.netsuite.com... to my.domain.  When that happens, will all my hard coded url's in the netsuite store that I'm bulding be broken?
