Smart Tags not working

Hi,

The smart tags like "<%=getAttribute('item',7,'addtocarthtml')%>" is not woking properly. Sometimes it shows the add to cart button some time it doesn't.

Also I am having problems with Netsuite internal URLs like "<%=getCartURL%>". Earlier they were working fine but currently they are not working.

Can anyone help?
