Images not updating correctly in 11.0.4

Replacing an image is not working correctly in 11.0.4. 

What DOES get updated as expected:
https://system.netsuite.com/... path - updated

What does NOT get updated:
http://shopping.netsuite.com/...
https://checkout.netsuite.com/...

Update:  I filed Issue 114820 on this.  Reproduced by the CSR in his test account.  CSR says he will try to escalate this.
