Trouble with domain transfer

We tried to transfer our domain name last night and ran into a problem. We have several domain names and have slowly transferred one after another over the last week without a hitch. Last night we tried to transfer the main site. Got a "Register.com - file not found"  page for a few hours and then a white screen with the text,

[INDENT]Page Not Found.

this remained for several hours till we got scared and switched it back to our non-netsuite site.
