Request a Return
Hi all,
I think thet the requets a reutnr feature should be only accessible via the Sales Order. So, from the Sales Order they want to return, they click on "Request a return" and it will only limit the items to the ones they ordered and the Quantities max to the amount they ordered.
The way it works now is avgue because it needs reps to revise every RA taht came fromt he customer ceter to see if they are returning what they ordered, and in the same quantities.
Let me know if you have been looking at this problem, or if there are any plans.
