Fraud orders - Authorization log for card testing

We got a call today from our Merchant Account provider saying that they have been monitoring credit card fraud and there has been suspicious activity with customers "card testing" as they called it, on our website.  They said someone on Dec 17th tried numerous times to place an order on our site using a credit card but didn't quite know the last 4 digits.  They tried over and over again with different cimbinations of numbers and luckily never succeeded.  After some investigation I discovered it was someone in Indonesia (which is a country where we regularly have fraud attempts from,
