NS UK charges VAT when not supposed to!
Has anyone else experienced this issue with Netsuite Small Business UK?
If the currency is not the primary currency (eg: primary currency is British Pounds Sterling and alternative currency is US Dollars) then the store chages VAT even if billing and shipping address are in USA...
Detailed steps to reproduce the problem:
1. go to http://store.march-hare.com
2. set currency to US Dollars
3. add a product to cart, proceed to checkout, create account with US billing and shipping address
4. "review and submit order" screen shows VAT
Result:
If you proceed the order includes VAT.
Expected Result:
Should not include VAT. If you use British Pounds Sterling for the order and do everything else the same then the order does not include VAT.
