Add to Cart/Buy Button Issues?

Anyone else having trouble with the Add to Cart/Buy Button today? I was just in our webstore and the customized 'Add to Cart' button is adding a quantity 2 of the several items that I tested. This issue appears to be happening at both the Item Layout and Item Drilldown level.
