Welcome logo shrinking...

After i added a new redirect URL to our site, i noticed that all of our meta tags were being displayed on our live site across the top...and our welcome logo had shrunk to about a 1/3 the original size.  I have no idea what went wrong, if anyone has ideas of what i may have/have not done, any help would be appreciated.
