URL in webstore

Does anyone know what the step by step process is to have the webstore url reflect the company name rather than "http://shopping.netsuite.com/c.ACCOUNTNUMBER/site/index.html".
Would really prefer it to read as, "http://shopping.COMPANYNAME.index.html".

Any help/suggestions would be great.
