Shipping Items - Custom tracking URL

Can NS implement a way to change the default URL for each shipping item in Lists > Accounting > Shipping Items so for each shipping item we can optionally specify the tracking URL?

That way when the shipped message is sent to the clients they can track it even if it did not ship via UPS.

This will be completely optional for advanced users as each carrier have a different URLs for tracking.
