Child Matrix items - Url doesn't work

Hi,

We planned to integrate in to things like froogle and kelkoo with the child items instead of parents (they are the real items after all). However, the item_url for child items doesn't work, it goes to a page saying it can't be found. I've just logged a call but if important to anyone else, please log also and it's now stopped our integration.

Netsuite say they only support the export of data at parent level, however this is very limiting since there is no option to show the price range or size range for example. Presently, to send the parent data to another store, we have to give price as 'Starting from x' and the size as 'Various' for example. Plus, many companies don't like this because they want the SKU of any item bought to be logged in their system (they then send us an xml feed of sales) and of course it can't match becuase the sku of the parent is
