Online form selection box empty

Hey,

Can someone help me ?  I am trying to put a record online, so that all our users can enter agenda topics for a certain meeting (= NS event).

This means that I have a select box showing the available meetings.  The user can then select a meeting and add a topic for that one.

The online form is based on a custom record.  The dropdown box is sourced from the Events in Netsuite.

If I preview the online form, the dropdown box shows all meetings, but if I view the online form "live", the Events are not shown.  It seems like a permissions problem to me.  I have already added the Calendar and Events list permissions to the Webservice role, but nothing helps.
