Basket Empty At Checkout
Again and again daily we are receiving calls from people who either:
1) Add items to their cart but it remains empty
2) Add items to cart, checkout and once they checkout the basket changes to be empty.
Yesterday was our busiest day and we had 23 people call us saying one of the above. When is Netsuite actually going to bloody fix this??? I've never come across another webstore that behaves in this way. Sounds to be like a poor caching server.
