Website form's adress/URL

Hi,

I want to create a online form , but not with the standard very long NetSuite adress, that is what I can read is the standard setup.

If any one, have learned how to "hide" the very long ...:o ... standard NetSuite URL form, and instead having the browser only displaying the www.ourwebsitename.com I would be very happy.:)
