How to shut-off Re-order Items in Customer Center?
Does anyone know how to shut off the "Re-order Items" link that shows up in the Customer Center > My Account?
We want the customer to be entering sales orders through the customer center but not re-ordering (or at least not this way) as this puts the items into the web store shopping cart and proceeds to take them through the web store checkout process which is a different route/functionality than submitting orders through the online sales order form in the customer center.
I'm beside myself trying to figure out how to turn it off and suspect in order to do so I need to turn off something I don't want to.
