Saving Notes via Online Form

in Web Site / E-Commerce

We would like allow a user to enter a note via a Marketing>>Customer Form. We can't just use a custom field because the user may return several times to the form and enter a new note. It would be ideal if we could access the User Notes field from a Custom Online Form so we could gather multiple notes per customer but so far can't find a way. Any anyone has any ideas, I'd appreciate it.
