Mass Assign Related Item Groups

I realize this topic has been brought up before but under no threads could I find an answer.

I need to create multiple Related Item Groups and assign them to items.  Problem lies in the fact that I have 10,000+ items that need to have Related Item Groups assigned to them.

I wasn't able to find any enhancements surrounding Mass Update functionality within Netsuite.  There was however an enhancement for CSV Related Item Importing. I'm not sure when this enhancement will get reviewed and slated for potential implementation.

Any suggestions? I've come up with horrible potential workouts that I'd love to stay clear of if I could find a feasible solution.
