Customer Online Case Form
I have created an online case form for customer to use from an external site for status, inquiries, etc. My question is, how can I get netsuite to assign the incoming case to an existing customer and not a new lead if the customers email already exists?
Currently, the case is assigned a new lead with a duplicate flag to the anonymous customer file, even though the email is not the same. I would only want it to create the lead if the email does not exist in netsuite.
Any help would be great.
