Huge Delay for files uploaded to the site folder to appear.

We are having problems uploading and updating files (every kind of files, not just images) to the Site Folder. There is a huge delay for files uploaded to the site folder to appear.
The "zip" method and "Save domain" method are not working anymore for us.
NetSuite, please fix this soon.
