How to select Default Custom Form for web orders

We created a custom form through Setup > Customization > Transaction Forms for all the sales order.

After creating this custom form I checked the option Form is Preferred but it does not apply for web orders.

How do I make it so it's the default sales order form for web orders too, not only for orders I create manually through the system?
